Manual download of data requires raising the Diver to ground surface, and inserting in the USB Reading Unit, which is connected through USB to your Archer (Pocket PC) or laptop. Thought cost effective, this method requires direct access to the Diver, and thus requires more manual effort and thus time in the field.

SEMI AUTOMATIC

With this configuration, the Diver remains installed in the well. Data is transferred from the Diver through the DDC to ground surface. At ground surface, the Diver-Mate is connected to the DDC to retrieve the Diver data. This method eliminates the need to raise the Diver to ground surface, thus eliminating offsets in the data upon redeployment of the Diver. The Diver-Mate allows storing data from several hundred Divers. This method still requires direct access to well and to open it.

Instead of using the Diver-Mate to read data from the Diver,  you can also use a USB Interface Cable to connect the DDC to your Archer (Pocket PC) or laptop. This way you can download and review your data or program the Diver without removing it from the well.

AUTOMATIC WIRELESS - Diver-NETZ

The Diver remains in the well, suspended by a DXT cable, which can securely transmit data over distances of up to 150m using 128-bit encryption. This data can be received by the DXD antenna connected to your Archer, and downloaded and analyzed instantly using the Diver-Pocket software installed on your Archer. This method is the most efficient approach, for medium to large scaled monitoring networks, and is especially useful in the case where wells are not easily accessible.
